Order is About Clarity

Order is not just about tidying up our physical world; it's about bringing clarity and harmony to our internal world as well. Just as a cluttered desk can inhibit our ability to get things done, a cluttered mind, heart, and/or spirit can impede our ability to make healthy decisions and simply be present to ourselves and others.

When we cultivate order within ourselves, we build a necessary foundation of calm and stability from which to navigate life's challenges. If you are feeling unrest, consider that it may be tied to an internal reality rather than an external one.

THIS WEEK: Take inventory of your internal landscape. What areas could benefit from a little decluttering and organization? As you create more order in your inner life, notice how it enhances your sense of peace and well-being.

All the best,
