Creativity Through Generosity

Have you ever wondered why it feels good to give? You may be able to bring to mind the joy that can be felt seeing a young child open a present or the gratitude on someone’s face when you lend them a helping hand. The reason generosity feels so good - is because it is a creative act. When we give, we are creating something new in the world. A bond. An experience. Security. Joy. A positive vision for the world. A positive vision for what it means to be human. On the path to full(er) living you come to realize giving isn’t just a creative act, it is the foundation of all creativity.

THIS WEEK: If you are giving gifts this month to family, friends, and coworkers - pay special attention to what you are creating through your generosity. Pay attention to what giving does to the world around you and what it does to you.

All the best,
