Fear is one of the greatest barriers to presence. We fear that if we are truly present, we’ll miss out on our potential, open ourselves up to threats, or maybe even fail in our responsibilities. Behind this is an illusion. The illusion is that our life happens outside the present moment. The truth is - your life has never happened, and never will happen outside the here and now. If you want to live up to your potential and thrive in your life - it’s never going to happen in the past or future, it’s alway going to happen in the here and now.
THIS WEEK: Go for a 10-20 minute walk for no other reason than to enjoy the present moment. Take note of your surroundings and what it is like to be alive. Reflect on how this experience feels for you.
All the best,
