Most of the time, we move too quickly to notice the small signals: the tug of misalignment, the spark of joy, the quiet “not this” or the gentle “more of that.” Reflection is the simple act of paying attention again. When we create even a little space to notice, clarity begins to surface—often quietly, but unmistakably.
THIS WEEK: At the end of each day, write down one moment that stood out to you and finish this sentence:
“This moment mattered because…”
Let that single sentence guide what you choose to pay more attention to in the week ahead.
