You can’t create space. The space around you, and the space in your schedule, is always the same… what changes is how much of it is already taken up. This means that if you want to experience more space, or have more space for the things that matter most - you need to get rid of things that are already taking up space. This could be “stuff.” It could be commitments. It could be habits. It could be grudges or past hurts. If you want more space in life, in your head, or in your heart, the path is to let go of the things already taking up space.
