New Year's resolutions don’t tend to work - because they are usually attempts we make to edit our external reality, without taking the time to edit our internal reality. Our external behavior flows out of our inner beliefs and values. This year, don’t just ask yourself how you can make your life different. Ask yourself what inner beliefs and values need to change in order to make outer change inevitable.
THIS WEEK: For each New Year’s resolution you set, take the time to write down what inner change will need to happen to facilitate the external change. HINT - it’s almost never really about discipline. It’s about learning to fall in love with the change you desire in your life.
All the best,
