Intentionality, at its root, is about beginning with the end in mind. Upon inspection, so many of our daily actions are neither tied to our immediate goals for ourselves, nor our ultimate goals for our lives. If you want to live in a deeply intentional way - start by asking yourself “What is it I ultimately want from my life, really?” From there ask yourself “What is it I want in my life right now, really?” The first step in living intentionally, is becoming clear on the ends we desire.
THIS WEEK: Spend some time naming what your ultimate aim is for your life. Write it down to make it concrete. Reflect on how your current goals and activities align with your ultimate goals. Consider decreasing emphasis on the things that are distracting you from your goal.
