The physical body teaches us that things are not always as they seem. For example, you can feel pain on your upper teeth, when the source of the pain originates with your lower teeth, and you can feel back pain that is actually tied to the tightness of your leg muscles. We learn through the human body that because of the interconnectedness of the whole - the location of our pain is not always the source of our pain. The same is true for our inner experience of life. When we are out of balance and haven’t given appropriate attention to a particular area of life - the pain that results may show up in unexpected areas.
THIS WEEK: What are the areas of your life where you're facing some pain or a feeling of dissatisfaction? Where are things not working? Take some time to consider where this pain is really originating from. What is the problem behind the problem?
All the best,
