The secret to living a balanced life is moderation. When we think of moderation we often think of not overdoing something. But just as often our issue is that we underdo something. For some of us we may overdo planning, and underdo going with the flow. For others it may be the opposite. Most of us find our path to growth in better integrating the functions of our life where we have devoted the least energy and attention.
THIS WEEK: What is an area of your life you generally never focus on? Is it meaningful relationships? Is it spiritual growth? Is it physical health? Is it play? Consider this week how this de-emphasis may be contributing to a lopsided experience of life.
