Notice how when you want to improve any aspect of your life, your natural inclination is to do more. To adopt a new habit, to add a new to-do, to buy some new tool, to push in some new way. We’ve been seduced into thinking that the way we get to peace and purpose is through “more,” while in fact it’s often through “less.” Productivity, and fullness, is more about taking away then it is about adding. No matter how efficient you are - you’ll never be able to get everything done if you keep adding. Instead of complicating your life, ask yourself what can be simplified here?
THIS WEEK: Pick an area of your life. It could be your inbox, your morning routine, your goals. Get rid of something - let it go, and simplify.
All the best,
