What’s astounding to think about, is that we can spend massive amounts of time and energy pursuing goals and opportunities we don’t actually care about. A lot of our desires for success and achievement have nothing to do with our sense of peace, meaning or fulfillment, and yet we pursue them anyway. Why? Because our motivation for action is often rooted in trying to prove something instead of trying to share something. If next year can categorically be different from previous years, let it be the year you finally decide to stop trying to prove your worth.
THIS WEEK: What are you trying to prove and to whom? How is this desire currently impacting the behavior, habits, and goals you're pursuing next year?
All the best,
