For most of us, fear is a future oriented emotion. It’s tied to our worries and anxieties about the future and the threats this imagined future might bring. One of the most powerful tools in combatting fear and anxiety is paradoxically through reflection. It’s in reflection that we come to see that the majority of things we worried about never came to bear, and that in spite of the hardships we did face - we are here, still standing with new potential before us. Reflection inspires us to hope, and hope inspires us to action.
THIS WEEK: What are you worried about right now? What are you afraid of right now? Imagine you're reflecting back on your year - what advice would you give yourself?
All the best,
