The idea we have five senses has been around since Aristotle. This framing has significantly shaped the way we view the world and view ourselves. Notice how the emphasis on these five senses directs us to emphasize our outer world. The truth is, we also have senses for our inner world as well. A sense of peace, unrest, joy, meaning, the experience of time to name a few. While they may not be as well defined - they can be just as important, if not more important, to pay attention to on the journey to a full(er) life.
THIS WEEK: What are you experiencing right now in your inner life? How might a sense of peace or unrest be guiding you towards what’s next?
All the best,
