Act

Good preparation allows you to better engage each present moment. Presence will improve your work and your relationships.

Practice reflection daily. It will lead to greater wisdom, and transform your everyday experience.

How it Works

3 PRIORITIES

Use your monthly goals as an anchor to set your intentions for the week.

GRATITUDE

Begin or end each day with gratitude.

INSIGHT

Reflect back on your day. What did you learn? When were you at your best? When did you feel unrest?

DAILY PRIORITY

Each day pick one priority that is most essential.

DAILY TASKS / SCHEDULER

Use these lines as a daily to-do list or scheduler.

LOOKING FORWARD

Look ahead with hope, gratitude and love.

LOOKING BACK

Take a moment to celebrate the wins, appreciate meaning, and become more aware of what’s going on around and within you.

CALENDAR

Plug in important dates, appointments, and intentions.

PRIORITY

Pick your top three priorities for the month, the first one is most important.

INVENTORY

How do you feel about your wellbeing in each of these areas right now. What might need a bit more care and attention?
