This is my 4th Monk Manual and I have to say it started as a last ditch effort to regain control of my time and sanity but has become more as it is my constant companion allowing me to track time in a more meaningful manner that doesn’t control me. It also has given me back some of the voice I had lost to the man (Employer), allowing me to feel more confident and comfortable with myself.

I ordered the CFR version, as I'm a Third Order Franciscan and love St. Francis (thus the sticker I put on the front of my book!). This is such a beautiful journal/planner. I've tried several similar systems in the past, but this one really resonates with me in a way that other methods didn't. I am so excited to use it when I wake up and before bed. I can definitely see myself reordering this treasure!

This is great!! The Manual leads me to make a list of what needs to be done on a day—but that can sometimes be overwhelming! The Manual then leads me to switch gears and look at things that make me happy that day and draws out gratitude.
