The monk manual not only helped me be more productive but also intentional. It helped me see how much I can actually do in a day and find a rhythm that works for me. Slowing down seemed counterintuitive at first but now I see the benefits!

It takes me 10 minutes approximately to write two pages of reflections. What I like about the companion is I can take it anywhere and it lies flat really well for writing in. Also because it is not a huge journal I don’t feel intimidated by the size . It makes a great companion to my calendar notes .

The quality of the paper makes it a pleasure to write on. It is the perfect size for me, and I love the lay-flat binding.
Excellent quality. Smaller number of pages than the hard cover but same layout. Love to Table of Content Pages at the beginning! How often do you search your journals to find something and don't know where to find it. This is awesome!

It's a great little notebook. However the band meant to wrap around it came out of the notebook itself so I ended up pulling the other end out and discarding it. Unsure if it's an adhesive issue or however it's connected in there. I am not rough with my journal and had never noticed a snag or anything of the sort...

I'm usually very particular about the journals I use, and this one is one of my favorite journals I've ever used. It's a really good size (not too big or bulky to carry around), beautiful minimalistic design, the cover is a really lovely color and texture, and the lines on the pages are perfect (I have very small handwriting, and wider ruled pages usually entail wasted space for me). I honestly got it on mostly on a whim, but I would get it again!

I really like how small and compact it is. I appreciate the area in the journal to jot down "The Intention of this Journal." That, I think, has been the issue with many of my journals. They become journal stew. I put too much random material in there and I forget why I wanted to write stuff in there in the first place. The intention for me is to be a place to self-reflect, pray, and capture relevant insights into myself and my relationship with God. I have a different notebook for practical planning, brainstorming, etc. This intentionality has helped me a lot! I love the green color too!

Love the color and the soft cover. Love the journal. Wish it was thicker though
On the whole, I’m pleased with the quality of the materials. I was disappointed to find that in the 90-day Panner I received the name and date page is partially glued to the page next to it. Same situation in the Companion Journal for the name and intention page. I was told by someone in your customer support that this was an unavoidable situation when manufacturing your books. I don’t recall encountering that situation in other bound materials, and it especially jumped out since the shorted pages were intended to be written on. Fortunately, the remaining pages in the books lay flat with no overlap to the adjacent pages.

I accidentally added this to my cart but now I'm super glad I did! I'm utilizing it for notes that go along with my days in the manual. I like that I can record the titles of important pages in the journal, at the front. Might be useful to add page numbers to the bottom, really small?
