A Simple Way to Create Ease

The times my life feels most complicated, are usually the times I am least connected with myself. When I lose connection with my own inner voice - I find myself looking for answers in 1000s of external voices. This makes my life immensely more complicated. It also makes it much less enjoyable, and less fruitful. Separate from any planning, meditation, or stress relief practice - sometimes the biggest change you can make in life to create more ease, is to shut out the noise and listen to your inner voice.

THIS WEEK: It’s not uncommon for us to ask friends and family for advice on things. This week when you would normally ask someone else for their advice, start first my asking your inner voice/authority. It’s simple - just ask yourself internally or out loud… “Inner voice, what do you recommend here?” It will likely feel strange in the beginning, but you will be surprised at how much this simple practice can simplify and generate vitality in your life.

All the best,
