Every Moment Is a Unique Gift

We are habituated to thinking of time in terms of years, months, days, and weeks. When we begin to think of time in terms of moments, we begin to see that every moment we experience is a gift, never to be experienced by us or anyone else again. Our life is but a series of moments and how we decide to engage them. Life becomes much richer when we choose to engage every moment of life regardless of how much joy or pain it brings. Every moment we only experience once - and then it’s gone. is the last of that moment you will ever experience. Balance concerns for the future with concerns for being present, today.

THIS WEEK: Are you a present person? What do you think you miss out on when you're focusing solely on the future?

All the best,
