We imagine death as a final conclusive moment tied to our last breath here on earth. But in reality, we die every single day. To be more precise - we die every single moment. That's because every moment that passes is a moment we only get to experience once. Our life is a series of continuous deaths, culminating in one final one. A wise mentor once told me that the path of a monk is just one long preparation for death. When we realize everything is transitory, we see the immense value of everything life has presented us.
THIS WEEK: Spend five minutes considering how you can be more present to your life by recognizing the finality and immense value of each passing moment and each passing day.
All the best,
