Perceived Busyness

One of the most common responses to the question "how are you doing?" is "I've been busy." While today we hand out badges of honor based on perceived busyness, it's far less likely for a person to be celebrated on their merits of reflection. But without reflection, intentionality is impossible. It's through reflection that we realize what's truly most important. The most intentional people are always the most reflective.

THIS WEEK: What is your relationship with reflection? Consider where you might currently be struggling to find meaning and a sense of peace. How might reflection help you to connect-the-dots and focus on the most important things?

All the best,
