Who are you, really? A difficult aspect of growing closer to a truer version of self is that it often requires us to allow certain aspects of our currently held identity to die off. To the degree that we’ve built much of our life around this identity, this process can be really painful. This doesn’t mean we are moving away from ourselves, rather it’s often a rediscovery of parts of ourselves that we’ve maybe forgotten or not yet developed. The right type of growth is always leading us to a deeper truer experience of ourselves. It’s here where we are best positioned to find deeper levels of peace, meaning, and positive impact on those around us.
THIS WEEK: Reflect on the following - What new part of you is coming to life, or what part of you is coming back to life?
All the best,
