Your Path To Change

Each New Year serves as a potential inflection point for us to reconsider the path we are on. Where are things working well? Where do we lack peace? If we take the time to really inventory our life, the New Year can be a natural time to course correct, or maybe even choose a new path entirely. But one thing is clear. Your life won't change just because it's a New Year. Your life will only change when you begin to see the problems and opportunities in your relationships, work, and behaviors with new eyes. Change flows out of awareness and intentionality - not willpower.

THIS WEEK: No matter how busy you are, take 15 minutes this week to consider 1. What internal change is necessary for the external changes you desire?  (change flows inside out) 2. What is the experience you want out of life? (often our goals are just proxies for deeper desires) 3. What is your ultimate life goal? (your goals should connect back to your ultimate goal) Write your answer to all 3 questions down.

All the best,
