On Sunday night I received an email from a school principal asking if he could share the Monk Manual daily pages with all his students who are now adjusting to a new normal of learning from home. Amidst all the chaos, his thinking was that the pages could help ease the transition and bring some order to his students lives.
This got me thinking. So many of our members around the world have been affected by the COVID-19 virus and community shutdowns. While sharing the current Monk Manual daily pages is a great first step I wanted to do what I could to help provide for this specific time and need.
So over the past 48 hours I've put together three new planning pages to help students and families effected by COVID-19. These pages are free to use and share with those you feel will benefit.
With all the difficulties so many of us are facing, now more than ever we need to do what's right and serve those in our communities. While this is a small gesture on behalf of the Monk Manual, I encourage you to find ways you can also assist those in need.
More than anything I encourage you to take advantage of this change of pace. Take this time to invest in your families and reflect on your own purpose and path here on earth. As the old adage goes "never waste a crisis."
We are all in this together.
All the best,
